Performances Based - Exclusively performance based by the artist. This fits with 5SOS - She looks so Perfect. The band purely is performing the song and playing their instruments.
Narrative Based - Like a film with very little performance. This fits in with All American Rejects - Gives you Hell. The band plays as two households and the only type of performance is the main singer actually singing which doesn't distract from the narrative.
Combination - A mix of performance with cuts to episodes of narrative. This video shows Gabrielle Aplin singing and also being in a narrative with her boyfriend.
Our Chosen Narrative: Combination
