Initially i really like the idea of the band wearing suits, it should really fit in with the video however it could be a motif that our band do all over their "videos". However, a lot of the indie genre like to wear simplistic and normal clothes this is because they are not too performance based (in the idea that a big performance) or they just like wearing everyday clothes to link with their audience.
Such as imagine dragons, they usually wear black plain t-shirts.
Some artists can dress up in everyday clothes but from different periods of time. The arctic monkeys generally look like they're from the 60's with a very teddy boy look. They look casual and formal at the same time and this could be done for us as a mix between the casual clothes and the tuxedos.
